Investing in Private Markets is not suitable for everyone (see ‘Who can invest in Private Markets’) and involves specific risks. The instruments that allow investment in Private Markets have the characteristic of having more limited liquidity than traditional investments and are comparable in terms of risk to a portfolio composed solely of stocks in most cases. Semi-liquid funds operate without a final maturity, allowing investors to invest in them every month and exit every quarter, subject to certain conditions. Being semi-liquid means that investments are not, or are hardly, negotiable in the interim. Therefore, if you wish to sell your investment, it may not be possible temporarily.</p><p>All risks applicable to non-complex mutual funds also apply to semi-liquid Private Markets funds.
