Regardless if you send the application by e-mail or post, you will receive a confirmation from NN Insurance Belgium SA.. You can find the effective starting date of your contract in the enclosure, sent by NN Insurance Belgium SA. The contract's reserve will be refunded, including entry fees and premium tax. It is possible that the reserve has increased or decreased in the meantime and so you will get back more or less. This depends on the performance of the fund.
