Haven’t received a letter? It could be that we don’t have your current address. Read <a href=\"https://www.ing.be/en/individuals/services/personal-details-view-change\">how to view and change your personal details</a> on the app or via ing.be.</p><p><strong>Make a promise to pay</strong></p><p>If you’ve missed a payment and need a little more time, don’t panic! A ‘Promise to Pay’ is a simple agreement to put your financial situation in order at ING within a certain time frame.
