The merger as such will take effect on 1 December 2023, subject to approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting.

There will be a freeze period for both the absorbed fund and the beneficiary fund from 3 p.m. on 23 November 2023 until 3 p.m. on 1 December 2023.
This means that between these two dates, no buy or sell orders will be executed.
