This has no impact on the value of your investment at the time of the merger, but it does imply a change in the legal framework.<br />The fund will become an <strong>ICAV (Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle)</strong> instead of a SICAV.</li><li><strong>Name of the sub-fund</strong><br />The name of the sub-fund will change, as indicated in the <a href=\"https://assets.ing.com/asset/391e9361-1a45-4d53-87af-2f84c11f8e6b/Merger_Wave_102026_EN.pdf\">list of involved sub-funds </a>.</li><li><strong>ISIN code</strong><br />The identification code of your sub-fund will change.</li><li><strong>Number of shares and Net Asset Value (NAV)</strong><br />For some of the sub-funds, the number of shares you hold will change due to the exchange ratio applied as part of the merger. It remains either distribution or capitalisation.</li><li><strong>The value of your investment</strong><br />The value of your investment is not affected by the merger.
