During the opening of ING Invest Up, an investment account will be opened. The opening and closing is free of charge. Fees apply to investments executed through ING Invest Up. All charges are explained during product opening and in the pre-contractual information of the specific investment fund*. In the overview of your portfolio in Home&apos;Bank** or the ING Banking app, you can also find information about fees.</p>"}},{"title":"Is my change invested in the fund immediately?","richBody":{"value":"<p>Your change rounded is automatically placed on the cash part of the investment account until a minimum amount of €10 is reached. At that time, an investment order is automatically created and the amount is invested in the fund*.</p>"}},{"title":"What is the difference between the cash part and the portfolio part of my investment account?","richBody":{"value":"<p>Your investment account has two parts: a portfolio part and a cash/money part.</p><ul><li>The cash part is the liquid part of your investment account: this is where the change is placed. Once the minimum of €10 is reached, it is then effectively invested. Specifically, therefore, amounts below this €10 threshold will be kept in the cash part of your investment account. You can also transfer this money to and from your linked ING current account via the &quot;Transfer Money&quot; button in the dashboard in Home&apos;Bank** or the ING Banking app.</li><li>The portfolio part consists of the investments you hold in your portfolio.</li></ul>"}},{"title":"Can the minimum amount of €10 be changed?","richBody":{"value":"<p>No this is not possible, an order is automatically executed as soon as a minimum of €10 is collected on the cash part. Here you can select whether an investment multiplier *1 or an investment multiplier *3 is applied to the rounded amounts. How?","richBody":{"value":"<p>There are two possibilities:</p><ul><li>Did you temporarily pause your ING Invest Up? You can then easily reactivate it again from your dashboard in the ING Banking app or Home&apos;Bank**.</li><li>When ING Invest Up is fully deactivated your investment account  becomes a classic ING Easy Invest Investment Account. Thereafter, it is not possible to reactivate the ING Invest Up functionality for this ING Easy Invest Investment Account. You do this by changing the status of your product from active to inactive in your ING Banking app or Home&apos;Bank** from your ING Invest Up dashboard. </p>"}},{"title":"How can you withdraw money from your ING Invest Up investment account and sell purchased units of your fund?","richBody":{"value":"<p>You can easily sell your units of your fund* via the ING Banking app or Home&apos;Bank** via the&apos; Sell&apos; button.  Once the order has been executed, the value is deposited in the cash part of the ING Invest Up investment account, after which you can transfer it yourself to your linked ING Current Account. </p>"}},{"title":"How can you completely deactivate your ING Invest Up investment account?","richBody":{"value":"<p>Before you can deactivate your ING Invest Up investment account, it must be completely empty.  </p><p>Portfolio-part: first sell your entire portfolio, which are all the units of the fund you have invested in (see question &quot;How can you withdraw money from your ING Invest Up investment account and sell purchased units of your fund*?&quot;). Then the value is deposited into the cash part of the ING Invest Up investment account.</p><p>Money part: You can easily transfer the funds on the money part of your investment account yourself to your linked ING Current Account in your ING Banking app or Home&apos;Bank** via the button&apos; Transfer money&apos;.</p><p>When your entire investment account (cash part and portfolio part) is empty, you can then close your ING Invest Up through Home&apos;Bank in following steps:</p><ol><li>Select the account you want to close.  </li><li>Then click on the pen in the upper right corner under &quot;operations and management. Click on &quot;Close account”</li><li>In the screens that follow, you can indicate that you want to close the account. With ING Save Up, these are deposited in the chosen savings account while with ING Invest Up they are placed in a specifically opened investment account. Amounts within ING Invest Up are automatically invested when the minimum of €10 is reached.
