In the event of theft, loss, damage or delay in delivery of luggage by the airline for more than 12 hours, the insurer will pay up to a maximum of 250 euros per insured person to purchase the most essential items on the spot. Proof of expenses incurred must be provided in the form of receipts.
In the event of theft, the insured will be asked to provide proof that the theft has been reported to the local police authorities.
In the event of loss or theft of luggage during an airport transfer, the insurer will help the insured complete the formalities with the competent authorities

You take out ING Travel insurance for 1 year. Once the premium has been paid ING Travel Assistance takes effect at midnight the following day or on a date you choose. Your policy is automatically renewed every year on the expiry date, unless you provide notice of termination at least 3 months prior to the expiry date.
The term of the ING Temporary Travel insurance policy
Once the premium is paid, the travel insurance policy takes effect at midnight the following day. The policy ends on the date that you selected when you took out the policy and cannot be for longer than 28 days.
