Use the 'Find my phone' function"},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<p>Make sure you have activated the ‘Find my phone’ function on your smartphone (generally speaking, this setting is switched on as standard). When you&apos;ve lost your smartphone, simply log in to the account to which your phone is linked. Regardless, if your phone is stolen, we recommend that you immediately block your mobile banking profile (most banks allow you to block your profile on one device only). That way, you can block your device in case of theft. If possible, choose a code with at least 6 digits, use biometrics such as a fingerprint or face recognition and avoid using a pattern code (to prevent people from looking over your shoulder).</p><p>If you haven&apos;t set a code to block your phone, make sure you immediately change all passwords for your e-mail, provider and social media accounts.
