If you receive an ING email with a hyperlink, make sure that it takes you to our website. How do you do this? Before clicking on the hyperlink, move your mouse over the link to check that it shows the ing.be address. A request to log into Home'Bank or Business'Bank? This is exactly the ploy used by so-called &apos;phishing&apos; emails.</p><p>If you receive an email claiming to be from ING and it contains a link that takes you directly to a login page, stop immediately. This is an attempt at fraud. You should only ever log in via the &apos;Log in&apos; button on ing.be. This will take you to Home&apos;Bank or Business&apos;Bank.</p>"}},{"componentType":"sectionTitle","title":"6. Already received push notifications from ING?"},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<p>The ING Banking app sometimes sends you notifications that appear on your phone screen. They provide brief information without you having to open the app. And they do not contain any links.</p><p>When you tap on a notification, the app opens and asks you to identify yourself. The content of these notifications can vary, ranging from answers to your chat questions to transactions on your account.</p><p>Important: these notifications will never ask you to send codes or make payments.</p>"}},{"componentType":"sectionTitle","title":"8. And never threatening.
