An important tip: only increase your limits temporarily. This way, you automatically switch back to the standard limit as soon as the set period expires. It gives you extra peace of mind.
Please note that an increase in your limit only takes effect after a safety period of 4 hours. And when you increase your limit, you will receive a text message from ING to inform you of this. Did you not request the increase yourself? Then contact ING immediately. This is an extra protection against fraud.
