You receive a fake letter, allegedly sent by ING, to get a new debit card. This letter contains a form, in which you are asked to provide your name, telephone number, card details and PIN. The letter ends by asking you to cut your current debit card in half and return it to the sender, together with the completed form, using the enclosed return envelope.
