You can enable app opening manually by going to Settings → Apps → Samsung Internet → Samsung Internet Settings → Security and privacy → Block opeing external apps → Disable.

Only contacts who have linked their phone number to Wero are visible for payments or payment requests. Once they’ve done this, they’ll automatically appear in your contact list and you’ll be able to pay or request money from them.
