Are you travelling outside Europe? Do not forget to activate the Maestro function on your debit card. Do this directly in your app by selecting the “Services” menu at the bottom right and then “Cards” and “Use your ING debit card outside Europe”.
Need higher limits? Change the limits on your card easily via the ING Banking app. Select “Services” at the bottom right and then “Cards” and “Change the limit on your ING debit card”. Your limit will be adjusted immediately. Easy, right?
Lost or stolen card? Don’t worry, help is on the way, even abroad. Block your card immediately via the ING Banking app. Select “Services” at the bottom right, then “Cards” and “Block your lost or stolen card online”. You can also contact Card Stop on +32 78 170 170 to block your card and request a replacement card.
