If you have separated from your spouse, each parent will be able to access the account.</li></ul>"}},{"title":"How can I request duplicates of my account statements digitally?","richBody":{"value":"<p>You can request a duplicate of your electronic account statements from your ING Banking app. Tap ‘Services’ at the bottom right and select ‘Accounts’. Then, choose the ‘Account statements’ option and tap &apos;Duplicates&apos;. </p><p>You can request a duplicate of your electronic account statements via <a data-type=\"internal\" href=\"/en/individuals/daily-banking/pc-banking\">Home&apos;Bank</a>. Click on &apos;Download&apos; at the top of the screen and choose &apos;Account statements&apos;. Then select &apos;Request duplicates&apos; and follow the steps. As a result, the <strong>content</strong> and <strong>number</strong> of the duplicate will be <strong>exactly the same</strong> as in the original statement.</p><p>To specify which statement to duplicate, you can <strong>indicate either</strong>:</p><ul class=\"check-mark\"><li>The <strong>date</strong> of the transaction in your account in which you are interested. For example, if you want to view/check a banking transaction carried out on that day, but you no longer have the relevant statement.</li><li>The <strong>number</strong> of the account statement you are missing.</li></ul><p>The duplicate will be available in Home’Bank for seven days after sending your request.
