Monthly fees are debited on the first working day following the month to be covered. If the service is taken out during the course of a month, the charges are calculated on a pro rata basis for the calendar days of use. These charges are debited at the same time as the charges for the first full month of use or at the time of closing of the service.

With this pack, you can request an ING Visa Platinum credit card included in your ING Extra (subject to approval from ING Belgium, based on your credit risk). You don't pay any additional fee, as long as you hold the pack.
If you change packs, the card will be cancelled as it is not available as a standalone product. Other credit cards remain at your disposal.
What you need to know:
- We do not automatically issue a credit card with the ING Extra pack. You will be invited to request for one after opening your pack.
- Your request to provide a credit card is subject to acceptance by ING Belgium and does not bind you as long as you have not signed the ING Visa Platinum contract.
Third debit card (if you have more than 2 account holders): €10 per year.
The ING Professional Current Account is only included in your pack during the first year, starting on the account opening date. It is not opened automatically with your pack, you must request it yourself. Please note that standard pricing will apply once the one-year-free period is over.
As of the 61st manual transactions in euros per year:
- Sending money in euros using a partially pre-printed pink form: €1 per payment
- Sending money in euros at the counter: €1 per payment

The ING Extra pack includes insurance products designed to make your daily life safer, whether you are travelling, shopping online, attending events or managing your devices.
Below is an overview of the insurances included in the ING Extra pack.

Travel insurance
The travel insurance is provided under AXA Partners Travel Assistance and is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA.
It offers comprehensive protection for trips of up to 90 days, including urgent medical assistance and medical expenses abroad, teleconsultations, travel accidents, trip cancellations and baggage protection. Your trips are insured as long as they are fully paid with the account linked to your ING Extra pack.
Coverage limits:
- Medical assistance and expenses: up to €300,000
- Rescue and search costs: up to €30,000
- Travel Accidents: up to €200,000
- Trip Cancellation: €6,000/trip (max 3 claims per year)
- Baggage Protection: €100 (delay) / €1,000 (loss/damage)
Exclusions apply, including medical expenses without prior approval, treatments received in your country of origin, pre‑existing medical conditions, travel against medical advice or for medical treatment, non‑essential or planned medical care, travel to destinations under official travel advisories, claims related to alcohol or drug use, professional or high‑risk sports including off‑piste winter sports, and events known before booking the trip, along with other limitations described in the terms and conditions.

A service that scans the deep and dark web to detect whether your personal data have been compromised, such as leaked credentials or illicit use of your information, and sends you alerts so you can take prompt action.

Cyber protection
The cyber protection is provided under EUROP ASSISTANCE S.A.
Coverage for direct financial losses in the event of identity theft.
Coverage limits: €500 for identity theft. The insurance covers a maximum of 1 claim per year.
Exclusions apply, including cash or goods theft, damage already covered by another insurer or by ING, incidents that occurred before the start of coverage; losses caused by poor cyber hygiene (such as missing security updates or lack of antivirus); incidents involving illegal or pirated software; failures of external infrastructures (e.g. internet or power outages); indirect or undocumented losses (e.g. loss of profit or reputational damage); and damage to or replacement of devices, along with other limitations described in the terms and conditions.

Delivery protection
The delivery protection insurance is provided under Chubb European Group SE.
Coverage for eligible purchases not delivered, damaged or stolen during delivery, as long as you paid with the account linked to your ING Extra pack .
Eligible items include goods that are: purchased new for personal use, bought from a registered retailer and transported by a professional transport operator.
Coverage limit: €1,250 per year.
Exclusions apply, including negligence or non‑reported theft, certain categories of items such as jewellery, vehicles, cash, animals and perishables; damage, loss or theft caused by negligence (e.g., leaving parcels unattended for an excessive period); theft of items stored at a collection point; claims where proof of delivery shows a signature or photo; claims with no valid tracking information; and cases where an incorrect delivery address contributed to the loss, along with other limitations described in the terms and conditions.

Purchase protection
The purchase protection insurance is provided under Chubb European Group SE.
It covers the repair or replacement cost of eligible purchases of at least €50 in the event of accidental damage, theft, or loss within 200 days of purchase (or delivery, if later), provided the item was paid for using the account linked to your ING Extra pack.
Coverage limits: €4,000 per claim, €8,000 per year.
Exclusions apply, including purchases of live animals and plants, perishable goods, digital items and jewellery, as well as other categories such as cash, vehicles, antiques and collectibles; second‑hand or used goods; normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or manufacturing defects; damage covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; damage or theft caused by carelessness, or negligence; theft of items left unattended; and items lost or stolen without timely reporting, such as theft not reported to the police within 48 hours, along with additional limitations described in the terms and conditions.

Device Protection
The device protection insurance is provided under AWP P&C S.A.
It covers the replacement cost of your mobile phones and tablets in case of theft.
Coverage limit: €1,000; deductible €150; theft must occur within 2 years of purchase.

Extend Warranty
The extended warranty insurance is provided under Chubb European Group SE.
It covers the repair or replacement cost of eligible purchases of at least €50, extending the manufacturer’s warranty by up to one additional year, provided the item was paid for using the account linked to your ING Extra pack.
Coverage limit: €3,000 per year.
Exclusions apply, including items older than 3 years, or items used for commercial purposes, consumables, damage caused by improper use, etc.

Event cancellation protection
The event cancellation protection is provided under Chubb European Group SE.
It covers refund of the non‑refundable part of your ticket for eligible cancellation reasons, as long as you paid the ticket with the account linked to your ING Extra pack.
Eligible reasons include: serious unforeseen illness, injury or death of you or an immediate family member; being required by the police after a burglary or major damage at home, delay or disruption of your transport, vehicle breakdown or accident causing over 3 hours’ delay.
Coverage limit: €500 per year. The insurance covers a maximum of 1 claim per year.
Exclusions apply, including events cancelled or changed by the organiser, tickets with travel or accommodation, business tickets, season passes, work obligations, known circumstances before purchase, pre‑existing medical conditions, pandemics , missing or invalid ID, along with additional limitations described in the terms and conditions.

ATM Theft Protection
The ATM theft insurance is provided under Chubb European Group SE.
It provides compensation if cash is stolen during or within 2 hours after an ATM withdrawal.
Coverage limit: €500 per year. The insurance covers a maximum of 1 claim per year.
Exclusions apply, including theft not reported to the police within 24 hours, theft that occurred inside a branch, etc.

Legal information concerning the ING Extra
The ING Extra is a pack that contains an ING Extra account. The ING Extra Account is a current account for adult private individuals. It can be opened either in euro or in another currency, depending on the options offered by ING. Unless otherwise agreed, if there are two account holders, each holder has the same administrative powers and signs alone for his or her transactions (including closure of the account).
The pack contains the following insurances: Travel insurance, Cyber protection insurance, Delivery protection, Purchase protection, Event cancellation protection, Extended warranty, Device protection and ATM theft protection. ING has taken out insurance policies as the policyholder for the benefit of its clients with (Insurers: AXA Partners Travel Assistance, EUROP ASSISTANCE S.A, Chubb European Group SE, AWP P&C S.A.)
This pack also includes the following optional ancillary service:
- an ING Visa Platinum credit card or Visa Gold, or Mastercard Gold or Visa Classic under the acceptation of ING Belgium, to be requested by (one of) the account holder(s). The relevant terms and conditions and information can be found on the Charges and regulations page on www.ing.be;
- an Amazon Prime subscription (provided by Amazon BE) to be requested by (one of) the account holder(s) on www.amazon.com.be and subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon mentioned on its website;
- an ING Professional Current Account free for one year under acceptation of ING Belgium; to be requested by (one of) the account holder(s).
- a bonus of 1% on investments in ING Easy Invest (maximum of 250 euros per month), reinvested the next month. This bonus is only applicable if the current account of the packages is linked as reference account to an ING Easy Invest investment account. Opening an ING Easy Invest investment account is fully optional. Terms and conditions apply and available on ing.be.
The account holder may waive/not request all or part of these ancillary services without price reduction. At any time, the customer may change or terminate the pack or the account, free of charge.

The offer is reserved for private individuals over the age of 18 who are not yet holders (or joint holders) of an ING pack on 08/06/2026. All participants must be Belgian residents. Only legally capable, adult natural persons residing in Belgium at the time of the application and having an e-mail address can apply for the account opening online (at ing.be). If the account opening is applied for online, a maximum of two account holders are allowed per account and no proxy is possible (for the second optional account holder, fees of €1/month apply for ING Go Packs). Unless otherwise agreed, if there are two holders, each holder has the same management authority and signs only his or her transactions (including closing the account).
