Submit an EPC certificate attesting the new value. You&apos;ll benefit from an additional rate reduction over the remaining term of your loan. This reduction can be requested within the first five years of the loan.</p><ul><li>Within 5 years of your new mortgage, download your new EPC certificate from the app (in the “Mortgage” section). </li><li>Has your energy score improved?
