Currently that is not possible, but EnergyVision is working on an offer for Wallonia. As soon as it is there, you’ll be able to subscribe as well!

Different types of legislation currently prevent EnergyVision/Brusol from rolling out the same offer for the whole of Belgium. Therefore EnergyVision/Brusol have an offer for Flanders and Brussels, but not for Wallonia yet.

The data collected by EnergyVision, Brusol, Luminus or Energyking can be communicated to ING Belgium and are processed, without prejudice to the legal provisions of public order:

  1. by SA/NV ING Belgium, avenue Marnix 24, 1000 Brussels, for the purposes of:
    1. Supporting ING customers and prospects in their property projects, by giving them a better view of the energy efficiency of their property and identifying priority improvement measures;
    2. Granting and managing loans;
    3. Checking the regularity of operations and preventing irregularities.
  2. By EnergyVision, Brusol, Luminus or Energyking, other companies in the group of EnergyVision, Brusol, Luminus or Energyking for the following purposes:
    1. To provide the user with information on products and services;
    2. Functional management;
    3. To produce statistics on the use of the site.

Any individual may view and rectify data concerning him or her. They may also ask for their data to be deleted or for the processing of their personal data to be restricted and may object to the data being processed. They also have the right to port their data.

The ING Mortgage Loan, the ING Bridging Loan and the Mortgage loan combined are mortgage loans subject to the law of April 2016 concerning mortgage loans. Offer reserved for natural persons over the age of 18 and subject to prior acceptance of your application by ING Belgium and to mutual agreement.

Your application and any approval of your application by ING Belgium (after examination of your file by ING Belgium) in-branch or via the ‘Mortgage Loans Online’ service at ing.be are not binding for ING Belgium or you until you’ve signed the credit offer at your ING branch or, in the case of an online application, at home and returned it to ING.
