In this role, she supports the ING Belgium Executive Committee to strategically steer the bank and ensure realization of the Together for Progress strategy. Additionally, she drives the New Banking Platform program; a bold, high-scale effort to transform ING Belgium’s legacy technology environment. Prior to joining ING Belgium in February 2025, Lucy was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company. She focused on helping financial institutions to develop their global strategies, transform their technology systems and build resilience.
