Her professional career started as a financial auditor at KPMG Belgium, followed by recruitment roles at Robert Half &amp; BCG, before moving to UCB Biopharma where she held several HR Leadership roles, including 3 years in Georgia (USA) as Vice President Human Resources US &amp; Canada, where she gained a lot of international experience.   </p><p>In 2015, she joined Orange Belgium’s ExCo team as Chief People Officer, a role she held until 2021. Since then, she has joined ING’s Executive team as People Officer, where she leads the HR team supporting around 6,000 employees in Belgium &amp; Luxemburg.   </p><p>Throughout her career, Isabel has focused on leading major transformations in various sectors.
