Don't forget to provide your CBE number as soon as possible! Until we receive your CBE number, the starters package discounts do not apply and you will have to pay the usual prices.

Offer starts as soon as the CBE number is known to ING. Until then, the package will be charged.
Our offers related to the ING starters package apply to any subscription to the related products or services between 01/01/2026 and 31/12/2026 inclusive (subject to acceptance by ING Belgium or, for insurance products, to acceptance by the involved insurance company and following mutual agreement) and are strictly limited to starters (self-employed and entrepreneurs with a company number since maximum 18 months). Each offer is limited to one discount per person for each product or service and cannot be combined with other benefits for the same product or service. The terms and conditions of the offers, the general terms and conditions of the various products and services, as well as their prices and related operations prices are available on ing.be/starters and in all ING branches.
For the professional account and the Mastercard Business you are entitled to a maximum of one year free of charges from the opening of the contract. The normal fees charged during the period in which we have not received your CBE number cannot be recovered. For example, if we receive your CBE number three months after opening the contract, you will be entitled to a maximum of nine months free of such charges. The amounts of normal charges are available at all ING branches or at ing.be/starters.
Home'Bank, Business'Bank and the ING Banking app are available to all Home'Bank, Business'Bank or ING Banking subscription holders (subject to acceptance by ING and mutual agreement).
