Heirs would like to continue living in the property:</strong></p><ul><li>Heirs must go to the office to adjust the rental guarantee or prepare a new rental guarantee, with the landlord&apos;s consent.</li><li>The heirs can continue to live in the home under the same conditions.</li><li>They pay the rent and maintain the property.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>I am a landlord:</strong> What should the landlord do if there are <strong>no heirs</strong> or if they refuse the inheritance?</p><ul><li>The landlord can go to court to release the rental guarantee.</li><li>The landlord can request the deed of repudiation of the inheritance from the heirs and provide it to ING.</li></ul>"},"title":"The tenant is deceased"},{"richBody":{"value":"<p><strong>I am a tenant:</strong> First, re-read your rental agreement to understand what happens if the landlord dies.</p><p><strong>1.
