With this guarantee the landlord and the tenant are protected if one party does not fulfil his or her obligations (payment of rent, maintenance,…). Belgian law applies.</span></p><ul><li><span class=\"numeric\"><strong>Current interest rates</strong>: the base rate is 0,10% and the fidelity premium 0,25%. Basic interest rates are calculated at the base rate, according to the following conditions:</span><ul><li><span class=\"numeric\">Amounts deposited in or transferred to the ING Savings Account Pro earn interest from the calendar day following the day of their booking;</span></li><li><span class=\"numeric\">Amounts withdrawn from the ING Savings Account Pro no longer earn interest from the date of debit;</span><br /><span class=\"numeric\">If a loyalty premium is granted, it is calculated for the entire loyalty period. Debits from the ING Savings Account Pro are applied to the amounts for which the premium acquisition period is the least advanced.The interest rates are gross, apply on an annual basis and are subject to change at any time. The applicable interest rate is available online and at all ING branches.
