The Envelope Tracking module enables real-time tracking of the transactions you have sent to ING</li><li><strong>View your balances</strong> and consult your daily transactions in real time</li><li><strong>Open</strong> a new <strong>account</strong></li><li>Download <strong>documents</strong></li><li>Monitor <strong>currency</strong> exchange rates, specify the desired value dates and the reference posting date in order to calculate your interest based on currency rates</li><li>View past transactions and request a duplicate of your <strong>turnover history</strong>. ING sends the summary to your Isabel account. This way you can quickly track down missing transactions</li><li>Access <strong>commercial information</strong>. It is a <strong>free</strong> programme that you can install on your computer. It allows you to use your Isabel account to manage your accounts offline – both domestic and foreign.</p><p>You perform all possible transactions in a <strong>highly secure system</strong>. You can <strong>configure</strong> the programme according to the needs of your organisation. You can personally choose the optional services that you could use.</p><p>You can install Telelink 6 on <strong>several computers in parallel</strong>. Only one of these computers needs to have access to Isabel for signing transactions. And you work more efficiently thanks to the <strong>logical system</strong>.</p><p><strong>With Telelink 6 you can</strong>:</p><ul><li>Make <strong>foreign payments</strong>: you avoid international payment charges. Do you have an account in the country concerned? Then you pay the same fee as for a domestic payment. This works in nearly all West European countries. You can also use Isabel to process payments from outside Europe.</li><li>Work <strong>offline</strong>: you can easily prepare your payments offline. Even better, you can delegate preparation and then simply sign them.
