It allows easy invoicing and follow-up and complies with the new legislation coming into force on 1 January 2026.
With Premium, you get more functionalities and automation. This costs 5 euros per month (excluding VAT), per VAT number. Until the 30th of June 2026, you get Premium functionalities for free.
For invoices sent by post, you will receive a monthly invoice via the usual ING channels. The charges will be debited from the specified payment account.
Postage costs are shown in ING Invoice Manager itself. You can also send via registered mail.
