· Make payments in euros: transfer money in euros (SEPA) to any account in Europe.
· Access mandated accounts: view, manage and sign for accounts for which you have authorization.
· Self-service corner: manage your cards and accounts on the go.

What should I do?","richBody":{"value":"If your device with the ING Banking app on it gets lost or stolen, we recommend you to block your mobile profile via Business'Bank. Select "Action" next to your lost or stolen device from the list and choose "Remove profile".
You can also have your app blocked by calling us on +32 2 464 60 04. Our employees are at your disposal Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can set up the app again anytime, either on a new device or on your old one.

The ING banking app follows the language settings of your device in Dutch, French and English. Are you German-speaking? Then we offer you personal advice and banking services in your own language. Business'Bank is part of the ing.be website. This is ING's online portal. To access it, you need web access and QR-Scanner from the ING Banking app or itsme®.
The ING Banking app is a mobile app. Once installed on your smartphone, you can access all your personal and business accounts directly from your mobile device.

To install the app on your device, you need your debit card and card reader. Your account and login details are never saved on the device itself and nobody can access your accounts without the 5-digit code only you know. If you have fingerprint or facial recognition on your device, you can also use it to log in.
