Which denominations of banknotes are available at cash dispensers?
The denominations available depend on the cash dispenser. They may issue 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 euro banknotes.
Is there a limit to the amount I can withdraw?
Yes, there are standard withdrawal limits for business customers aged 18 or over. It depends on which ING card you use to make the withdrawal:
You can change these limits by logging into Business'Bank (Self-service corner) or the ING Banking app (in the 'Services' tab).
Can I withdraw cash from a saving account at an atm?
It is not possible to make a withdrawal from a savings account. First transfer the amount you wish to withdraw to the current account.
Can I withdraw cash from a cash dispenser abroad?
Yes, you can withdraw cash from a cash dispenser abroad using your ING debit card. Choose a cash dispenser that displays the same logo as the one on your card (Maestro, Cirrus, Visa or MasterCard). Be aware that you may be charged extra for using a foreign cash dispenser.
To make cash withdrawals outside the euro zone (euro zone = Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain), check whether the Maestro/Mastercard service is available in your destination country. If this is not the case, you can activate your debit card for use outside Europe via the ‘Services’ tab in the ING banking app or in the ‘Self-service corner’ of Business'Bank. The default limit is the amount available on your account.
However as a bank, we have a duty of vigilance. If you’re ordering a high amount, the ING employee is legally required to ask for more information on its intended use. Your withdrawal may be suspended until the situation is clarified.

You can order rolls of coins but as they’re not immediately available remember to order them at least 2 weeks in advance.

Withdrawing foreign currency abroad
You can use your debit card abroad to withdraw money from ATMs showing the Maestro, Cirrus, Visa or MasterCard logos, according to the card you have. You may be charged an additional fee depending on the local ATM operator conditions.
