when received from the sending bank, before cut-off.</li><li><strong>Outgoing </strong>- value date calculation is dependent on the type of product and on whether the “lead days” are applicable for the currency or not – Please refer to the below table for details when making an international payment from a Belgium account.<ul><li><strong>Normal </strong>international payments, regardless of destination, will always debit the sender’s account on the processing day and credit the beneficiary two working days after execution, provided the payment is submitted before the beneficiary country’s cut‑off time.</li><li><strong>Urgent </strong>international payments can be initiated by specifying them as<strong> </strong>‘urgent’<strong> </strong>in online channels or ‘priority high’ in file‑based payment orders, which will be processed immediately with the best applicable value date.</li><li><strong>Intra-company </strong>transfers are transactions conducted between entities of the same corporate group and apply adjusted processing conditions. Please see the Intra-company section below for using this priority type.</li><li><strong>TREA (Prio) </strong>is a priority payment service for high value payments that are settled near real-time, depending on the reachability of the bank.</li><li><strong>Internal </strong>are closed bookings (within ING Belgium),<strong> </strong>that are processed and credited on the day of execution ‘D’, provided they are received prior to ING’s international payment’s cut-off time.</li></ul></li></ul><table><thead><tr><th>Payment Types</th><th>Debit value date</th><th>Credit value date</th><th>Remarks</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><p>Norm</p></td><td>D</td><td>D+2</td><td>Maximum working days</td></tr><tr><td>Urgent/Intra-company</td><td>D</td><td>D</td><td><p>If the currency used has a D+1 or D+2 cut-off time, then the value date will be compensated identically for both debit and credit value dates.</p><p>e.g. A JPY payment executed today, will be given a debit &amp;
