To be eligible, you need to have:
ING bears the cost of this basic package.
In return, Smovin sends a monthly file to ING with rental and EPC information about the properties found on your account. At no time does ING have access to the platform itself.
We use this information in the context of our legal obligation to report rental information for business customers in the real estate sector. This only applies to customers who derive more than 50% of their business income from the rental or sale of properties to third parties.
ING's payment of the basic package ends at the expiry of the last loan between your company and ING. You and Smovin will receive notification of this with 2 months' notice.
If the partnership between Smovin and ING ends we’ll notify you with 2 months' notice.
In either case, you are free to continue your contract with Smovin against full payment of the services provided. The information mentioned above will no longer be transmitted to ING after the end of the notice period.
ING reserves the right to review the level of its contribution to the basic package subject to 3 months' notice. If you wish to terminate the contract in this case, the terms of the contract with Smovin will apply.
[1] At least 1 of your companies must meet the above conditions. For groups of companies with the same shareholder structure, 1 Smovin account is offered.
