In Belgium, the Civil Liability Car Insurance is compulsory by law for anyone who wants to hit the road. The premium of the cover is personalized on the basis of your claim history. It takes into account the number of claim-free years and the number of at-fault accidents. The premium can change each year according to the number of claims in error and the number of claim-free years.
