As an employer, you are required by law to provide insurance for your staff against injuries sustained in an accident at work or on their way to or from work. The work‑related accident insurance is a compulsory insurance (by law) that protects your employees if they suffer an accident at work or on their way to or from work. You need it for every employee, even if you employ them just for 1 day. It covers medical expenses and offers financial compensation in case of disability or death resulting from a work‑related accident.
