The Group Accident Insurance is a compulsory insurance to protect your staff. As an employer, you are legally obliged to take out insurance for your personnel against injuries resulting from an accident at work or an accident on the way to and from work. This insurance reimburses the damage on the basis of the victim's salary in the event of death or temporary or permanent incapacity to work. It also covers medical expenses.

At each annual expiry date, it is automatically renewed for a further period of one year, unless you terminate the contract at the latest 3 months before the expiry date.
The premium is either fixed or calculated on the basis of the insured's salary (i.e. the gross salary without any deduction, including all benefits).
