He or she will handle your request and provides advice if needed.</p><p><strong>2: Provide required documents</strong></p><p>During your call your credit advisor will ask you to provide one of the following documents, depending on the purpose of your financing: </p><ul><li>Order form</li><li>Sales agreement, or (pro forma) invoice</li><li>Compromise</li></ul><p><strong>3: Sign proposal</strong></p><ul><li>Are you a client at ING? Then you will receive a personalized contract within 48 hours, accompanied with instructions of who has to sign it and how. This offer is valid for 1 month.</li><li>New at ING? Then you will receive an indicative simulation. To sign, you need to become a client at ING by opening a professional account.</li></ul><p><strong>4: Provide additional evidence</strong></p><p>After the offer is signed by all people involved, you could be requested to provide additional evidence. If this is the case, you will receive an overview of al needed additional documents (for example: in case of the pro forma invoice, we will ask you to provide the definite invoice). The additional evidence will be validated by ING within 48 hours.</p><p><strong>5: Confirm the date of release of funds</strong></p><p>If the release date has not been set yet, please inform ING about your preferred date.
